Remodeling the inside of our house I choose Harney door handles for the clean look and after installing them we love them even more. Nice and solid fit and they look great! From purchasing them online through receiving them was an easy process. The shipping department does a great job and the box with several handle inside arrived up without any damage.

Absolutely love the products and customer service from here!! I first saw the style of front door knob and deadbolt on an interior design show and scoured Google to find the exact same locking mechanism (the only hint I had as it was very uniquely shaped!) Found it, purchased and installed myself in 2021 (even drilled the dead bolt hole as we never had one in the first place!) and have been slowly replacing a handful of knobs in my home each time as I redecorate each room! All the knobs are metal through and through. No plastic or breakable parts. Worth it! You will not be disappointed! And thank you Jill for being so fast in helping with my questions!! (Pardon the messy door knob, I do have kids!)

Fantastic service. The original mechanical keypad lock that I bought was defective. It's quite possible that I caused the defect. Jose answered the phone and was helpful. He helped me troubleshoot the problem, but when it couldn't be resolved he just shipped me a whole new lock. Will be buying from them again.

I am so impressed with not only the quality of the grab bars I purchased but the customer service too. The grab bars are everything I want them to be… in place for when we are older and might need them, streamlined to coordinate nicely with my fixtures, and matte black that does not scream hospital shower. When I realized several months after purchase that I did not need separate mounting hardware ( it does take a while to get all the subcontractors out) I had mistakenly purchased, it was long past the return date. Customer service offered a fair partial refund and now those mounts are off to Habitat for Humanity for someone who needs them. All in all a great experience.

Bought Riley collection door levers. Very good quality product. And these have the option of reverse door lock direction. Shipping and handling was excellent. I would definitely recommend and consider buying from Harney hardwares in future.

The folks at Harney hardware were extremely great to deal with. After placing my order, I realized that I may have left something out, and they were super quick to respond to my question about my error. After the order arrived, I realized that there was a different Component that I had neglected to take into account. I got on the phone with them and they made the process of fixing my self generated issue super smooth, and very quick. I am very impressed with their level of help and support. Thank you guys for making my life. Just a little bit easier!

When adding door access to our facility I found the products that I needed here. I was able to have them all keyed the way that I wanted and they had them shipped very fast. I did mess up and ordered 2 handles that were not what I needed for those doors. I called and talked to Jose and he got me set up and we got everything ordered that I needed. Return process was easy. Well done, good experience.

FANTASTIC company. I ordered on a Sunday night and got my package on a Tuesday! The Satin Nickel color is perfect. The price was reasonable, and the packaging was great. Thank you! I will order from you guys again. So happy to get rid of those ugly white door hinges!

Great shopping and great warranty service. Highly recommend. I will continue to shop with Harney hardware. They are reliable and fast. I’ve dealt with large manufacturers and other large companies that sell higher priced name brand products with worse customer service and quality control. Kudos
